Hostelzoo Island Eco Backpackers is a backpackers hostel with a focus on simplicity. We have only two dorm rooms, with a maximum total guest number of twelve. Both dorms are six-bed rooms, one for only female travelers, and one mixed.
At the Hostelzoo Island Eco Backpackers we have everything you need for your island adventure. Our kitchen is absolutely full of good quality equipment so you’ll have no problems cooking up a storm. We provide a large communal meal table for you to sit down and have a chat with other guests from the Hostelzoo Island Eco Backpackers, or our sister accommodation the Great Keppel Island Holiday Village. Our other facilities include a great undercover chill out space where lorikeets love to come and say hello, and a large collection of snorkel gear (including fins) which are available for free.
Less than 100 metres from our entrance, the lovely shores of Fisherman’s Beach beckon. It is just one of seventeen incredible beaches dotted around Great Keppel Island. To get yourself better acquainted with the amazing variety of coastline on offer, check out the Beaches.
Activities while at Hostelzoo Island Eco Backpackers are more or less up to you. We’ll give you the equipment and the map, then you’re free to go out there and explore this little piece of untouched paradise.
